Gainly Answers (answers.gainlyai.org) is an AI-first **product-research platform**: direct buying answers, spec comparison tables, and dated price and availability observations — built to be retrieved and cited by AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude) and read by shoppers.

We are building a large multi-category catalog of enriched product data. Our launch vertical is **mechanical keyboards & desk setup**; consumer tech, home, and everyday-product categories are on the roadmap.

## How we make money

## Catalog & data

Product records combine manufacturer-published specifications with our own dated price and availability observations, captured from vendor listings and stamped with the date we captured them. The same records power our answers, our comparison tables, and the machine-readable forms listed in [/llms.txt](/llms.txt).

## Editorial standards

**We have not physically tested these units.** Recommendations follow from published specifications and tracked pricing, not hands-on lab testing, and not commissions. Merchants cannot pay for placement in answers. Sponsorship buys a visible label, never a ranking. Price and availability observations are recorded from public merchant listings and stamped with the date we captured them; each product page shows every observation we hold for it, and those dates are the honest measure of how far back the record goes.
