Any QMK/VIA board with macOS media keys works: Keychron ships Mac/Linux/Windows mode switches and macOS keycap legends on the K2 series. Avoid boards hardcoded to Windows-only media rows.
macOS needs F-row media keys (brightness/volume) mapped by default — Keychron boards ship an OS toggle for exactly this.
Bluetooth stability with Macs is excellent on BT5.0+ boards.
If you use iPhone/iPad alongside, BT multipoint lets one board serve the whole Apple setup.
